We Use ''For'' And ''Since''
''For'' means ''from the beginning period until the end of the period''
-and we use it with keywords as these:5 minutes, 2 weeks, 6 years.
-it means that something happened and it's still happening!!!
for example-i have been studying english for 6 years
Since means that something is happening from one point until now.
-since is usually used with all the perfect tenses.
-i have been here for 1 hour now.
-since can also be used with the structure.

Also when we start a new sentence, the first letter has to be in capital. I have been here for 1 hour.
What does it mean "Since can also be used with the structure"?
